My notes: Gorgeous condo unit, spacious with 2,397 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 2 full and 1 half bathroom. The master suite was large and well designed. The unit comes with a deeded parking spot. My impression was of a home that had high-end finishes and updates and a practical, traditional brownstone floor plan.

My notes: This is a single-family house with a nice layout and attractive price for its category but could use significant cosmetic updates. It sounds like they are trying to sell this one quickly… the listing agent told me if they get a "strong offer” before the weekend they would consider accepting it before the weekend, and this may be their preference.

It's right by a park, and it has a porch too. Seller is looking for a place to buy and may want a long closing, as much as four months. It's in Brookline close to Jamaica Plain. Lincoln School District.

My notes: Large, and fun layout. It’s a first floor and finished lower level. There were lots of hangout/family rooms. Great location. Price seems appropriate given the large size. This place would have benefited from staging and some handyman work - it’s completely empty and might be hard for buyers to appreciate the great potential this place has.

My notes: Owner did renovations and staging to improve the listing, which is why they increased the price after being on the market already. It might be challenging to get people back in to see it again, but the staging, floors, paint, repairs, and kitchen improvements did help. They also added a wall in the master suite (the upper level) which helps clarify the closet space. I think the key with this one comes down to how to view the lower level: to some people that extra space might be hugely valuable living space, and to others it might just look like basement storage, so hard to price.

My notes: Amazing renovation, by Urbaness. Thoughtfully designed, and a great layout. It's on the high side of the street, and there are many steps up to the front door. They've tried to mitigate that by installing an elevator, which goes from your garage to the unit. Tall windows and lots of light.
